Strategic Marketing Specialist

Angelini Technologies is looking for a professional to join the Marketing team as a Strategic Marketing Specialist. This position focuses on market analysis, the development of marketing strategies, and supporting the evolution of the company’s Business Plan. The goal is to ensure competitive positioning and align products/services with market needs. The role combines analytical and operational activities, working closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, and R&D).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Market analysis and strategic validation

  • Analyze target markets, trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the validation of assumptions contained in the company’s Business Plan, monitoring market evolution and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Assess the competitive positioning of products and services, identifying areas for improvement and development.

Support for product strategies and value propositions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate the technical features of products into tangible and relevant benefits for target customers.
  • Define customer-oriented communication strategies, emphasizing direct benefits and ROI.
  • Support the development of sales materials and informational documentation (e.g., presentations, technical sheets, strategic reports).

Marketing activity management

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s objectives, monitoring their effectiveness and optimizing results.
  • Support the sales teams with targeted analyses and tools to simplify customers' decision-making processes.
  • Ensure alignment across various company departments in defining marketing strategies and messages.

Performance monitoring and reporting

  • Prepare periodic reports focusing on market analysis, product performance, and marketing activity outcomes.
  • Propose corrective and improvement actions based on the data collected.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in strategic marketing within B2B environments, preferably in industrial or technological sectors.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends.
  • Advanced knowledge of strategic planning and product positioning techniques.
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams (Marketing, Sales, Product).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent English (C1 level), with daily use for emails, reports, and meetings.

COMPENSATION

Gross annual salary: €30,000 - €50,000, based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
