Job Description: 

Angelini Technologies - FAMECCANICA is looking for a curricular intern to join the Global Communication department. The intern will have the opportunity to support activities related to internal communication and employee engagement, both at the San Giovanni Teatino site and globally.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with the communication team and other corporate departments to contribute to strengthening the corporate culture and improving internal communication.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Support the organization of internal communication events, such as:
  • Town Hall meetings, corporate meetings, conventions, forums, etc.
  • Collaborate in drafting content for the company intranet and updating its sections, ensuring that the information is always up-to-date and aligned with the Group’s communication guidelines.
  • Assist in the implementation of internal communication and engagement projects, actively working with other company departments, particularly the Human Resources department.
  • Contribute to promoting and spreading the company’s values and initiatives of Angelini Technologies – Fameccanica, fostering a collaborative and sharing work environment.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in humanities, communication, marketing, economics, or related fields.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Basic knowledge of key digital communication tools and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Teamwork ability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or collaboration experiences in communication, marketing, or human resources.
  • Knowledge of tools for creating multimedia content (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar) or Microsoft SharePoint.
